Donald Trump has visited the Pensacola Bay Center twice before, but Friday’s planned campaign-style rally will be his first visit to the venue as president.

Because Trump is now commander-in-chief rather than a candidate, visitors can expect security at Friday’s event to be tighter than it has been during past rallies.

Bay Center staff said they are still communicating with the Trump campaign and the U.S. Secret Service to finalize the details of the event and its security. They plan to release additional information as the event draws closer.

The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday at the Pensacola Bay Center, 201 E. Gregory St. Doors open at 4 p.m.

No one will be allowed on the Bay Center property after 1 p.m. Those with tickets will be permitted onto the property once screening begins approximately 4 p.m. Once a ticket holder leaves the secured area, they will not be permitted to return.

Onsite parking onsite is $10, cash only.
