Get out your party hats and chill the champagne — it’s time to party like it’s 2018.
The Flora-Bama is not to be outdone with their inaugural New Year’s Eve festivities.
There are two separate venues for New Years Eve.
New years Eve at the Ole River Grill will be hosted by Big Earl and includes a Mullet Drop at midnight over the waters of Ole River. Oliver’s Twist will be playing to ring in the new year.
Hungry? Executive Chef Jon Gibson has been called in to prepare a buffet from 7:00PM until 10:00PM consisting of grilled beef tenderloin tips, Shrimp & Grits and Baby Bama Burgers. Free champagne is included.
Last, you can enjoy Big Earls Sorry-Ass Fireworks Show at midnight.
Tickets are $20 until Dec. 30 and $25 the day of the event on Dec. 31.
Please bring two canned food items to give to Manna Food Bank These items will be collected at the door as you arrive at the event.
The fun ends at 2:00AM.
The Yacht Club will be open for regular business serving food on New Year’s and will have a fresh menu people can order off of and the regular menu as well.
Flora-Bama is $40 a ticket for NYE and $45 the day of if tickets are not sold out.
The fun starts at 7:00PM.
Those tickets include live music on three stages, full dinner buffet, breakfast sandwiches at midnight, champagne splits, party favors, and fireworks.

The event concludes at 3:00AM
On Jan. 1, Flora-Bama will host Polar Bear Dip. This event is family friendly and for all ages.
There is no cover charge.
Hundreds of people will jump in the water behind Flora-Bama exactly at high noon. Most people will be dressed in fun costumes. Everyone that jumps in the water gets a free plate of food with all the New Year’s favorites like black eyed peas, collard greens, turkey and ham.
